Off Plan Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Off Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow a high‑performing team of Property Consultants in Dubai. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership and deep market knowledge of off‑plan developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Off Plan Property Consultants.
• Recruit, train, onboard and develop agents to achieve high performance.
• Set sales targets, create business plans and drive the team toward ambitious goals.
• Coach agents through prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading Dubai developers and industry partners.
• Monitor pipelines, conversion rates, individual performance and overall team results.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions and one‑to‑one coaching.
• Identify market opportunities, ensure RERA compliance and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real‑estate experience.
• At least 3 years of proven experience managing a real‑estate team in Dubai.
• Strong track record in Off Plan sales and knowledge of the developer landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain agents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• RERA certification is an advantage; UAE driving licence preferred.
