Office Manager – AI (Chief AI Officer Support)

About the role

The Office Manager – AI will support the Chief AI Officer in Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank’s newly created AI group. This hybrid role blends executive coordination, project management and organisational advisory functions, requiring strong judgment and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Chief AI Officer’s office, maintaining visibility of priorities, commitments and key relationships.
• Prepare and coordinate correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, reports and meeting documents, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Act as the central liaison between the AI office and internal/external stakeholders, building strong relationships with executive management, business divisions and governance functions.
• Advise the Chief AI Officer on internal processes, organisational culture and stakeholder sensitivities to facilitate effective navigation of the bank.
• Produce executive reports, board materials, dashboards and management presentations, tracking decisions and follow‑up actions.
• Support the establishment of the AI group by coordinating recruitment, onboarding, workshops, leadership meetings and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead special, high‑priority assignments, gathering information, analysing issues and presenting practical recommendations.
• Assist in project delivery from planning to completion, creating workplans, milestones, trackers and monitoring progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including project management and C‑suite support.
• Strong internal knowledge of the bank’s people, processes, culture and governance.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university and a project‑management certification.

Required skills

• High proficiency with AI‑enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and other AI productivity tools.
• Ability to use AI to generate PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses and Word documents.
