Head of Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Our client is a diversified UAE‑based group undertaking a group‑wide transformation initiative to improve performance, governance, and scalability. The Head of Strategy & Transformation will lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group, supporting the board and executive leadership in defining long‑term priorities and tracking delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors and geographies, ensuring alignment with the group’s performance, governance, and scalability goals.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives, develop and maintain performance dashboards, and create transformation roadmaps to monitor progress and drive results.
• Establish PMO discipline, implement decision frameworks, and act as a bridge between strategy formulation and execution across the organization.

Required profile

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting, preferably within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Strong exposure to multi‑business environments and ability to engage with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical strength, executive presence, and proven change‑leadership capability.
• Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is a strong advantage.
