About the role

The Officer – Trade Operations (FTC – Exports) will manage trade finance transaction processing for Mashreq’s corporate clients in Dubai, ensuring accurate document handling and high‑quality customer service. The role involves front‑office interaction at the trade counter and coordination with multiple business segments.

Key responsibilities

• Process trade finance transactions and perform accurate data entry of customer documents.
• Handle front‑office trade operations, customer interactions at the trade counter, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Scan, index, and upload documents into the electronic document management system within agreed timelines.
• Maintain tracking records for dispatched/received documents and obtain customer acknowledgements.
• Provide operational support during high‑volume periods, staff shortages, or urgent business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines; recommend corrective actions when needed.
• Participate in team huddles, share knowledge, and escalate critical issues to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills.
• Team‑player mindset with hands‑on experience in Trade Desk / FTC Counter operations.
