Off‑Plan Property Sales Manager – Immediate Joiner (English/German)

About the role

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking an Off‑Plan Manager to lead off‑plan property sales for its Abu Dhabi operations. This full‑time, on‑site position requires immediate availability and fluency in English with strong German or British English proficiency to serve an international client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete off‑plan sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on new developments.
• Deliver client presentations, negotiate terms, and finalize transactions.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and listing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of off‑plan projects and prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
• Provide market insights and transparent guidance to clients throughout the purchasing process.

Required profile

• Proven background in off‑plan real estate sales and brokerage, preferably within the UAE market.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in German or British English is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
