Offshore Engineering Manager – Boiler Systems

About the role

The Offshore Engineering Manager will lead the design, development and implementation of offshore boiler systems for oil & gas and marine platforms. This senior position reports to senior management and works across multiple locations including the UK, Singapore and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of offshore boiler system projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and schedule.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, coordinating with procurement, construction and commissioning groups.
• Guarantee compliance with API, ASME, BS and other relevant offshore safety and environmental standards.
• Manage client relationships, prepare technical proposals and secure design approvals.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2 to 25 years of experience in offshore engineering, preferably with boiler system expertise.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects in oil & gas or marine environments.
