Offshore Platform Partner Manager

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking an Offshore Platform Partner Manager to serve as the dedicated on‑site liaison with a key shipyard consortium partner. You will work closely with the partner’s facilities, ensuring day‑to‑day collaboration, early alignment, and rapid issue resolution throughout offshore platform execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact between Siemens Energy project teams, the partner organization, and customers.
• Maintain regular on‑site presence to foster strong working relationships and fast issue resolution.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, and organizational interfaces, ensuring clear communication and defined processes.
• Identify potential interface issues, execution risks, or misalignments early and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Provide transparency on milestones, agreements, and changes to prevent delays and quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement of collaboration models and execution performance.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent extensive practical experience.
• Strong hands‑on background in offshore platform construction, preferably as a site manager, construction manager, or project lead within a shipyard.
