About the role
The O&M Engineer will support the operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and building services assets in Dubai. This junior‑level position focuses on planning, verification, and performance monitoring to ensure reliable facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute O&M planning activities.
- Verify work execution against design and standards.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
- Support solar, MEP and overall building services operations.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Open to all nationalities, with priority given to qualified UAE nationals.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
- Knowledge of O&M planning and preventive maintenance processes.
