On-site Technician – Hardware, Software & Network Support

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Technician to join HAMDAZ Technologies in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supporting the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of hardware, software and network systems used in AI and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and networking equipment.
• Perform routine inspections, testing and documentation of work performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, device and connectivity issues promptly.
• Assist engineers and project teams during deployments, upgrades and system integrations.
• Interact with clients or internal stakeholders to provide technical support.
• Follow established safety, quality and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, certification or associate degree in IT, electronics, engineering technology or related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
