Operation Administrator

About the role

The Operation Administrator supports daily e‑commerce logistics by creating shift tasks, planning pick trips, and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch. You will monitor operational dashboards, handle escalations, and collaborate with pickers and last‑mile carriers to maintain smooth workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Create and assign tasks for each shift.
• Plan pick trips according to delivery slot orders.
• Print invoices, attach them to orders, and verify order readiness.
• Review operational dashboards and trigger escalations when plans deviate.
• Coordinate put‑away areas and manage order status across systems (to pick, picked, loaded, delivered).
• Support pickers by printing pick lists, checking out‑of‑stock items, and solving problems on the floor.
• Monitor picking accuracy, correct errors promptly, and report damages or OOS issues.
• Provide operational and productivity reports to Shift Supervisors and Operations Managers.
• Ensure tools, PDAs, and resources are prepared before each shift.
• Collaborate with last‑mile carriers to guarantee timely dispatch.

Required profile

• Ability to review and act on operational dashboards.
• Experience coordinating put‑away areas and managing delivery‑slot schedules.
• Strong control of order status across multiple systems.
• Capability to support picking operations and resolve issues quickly.
• Proven track record of monitoring picking accuracy and reporting data.
• Operational discipline to keep tools and procedures ready.
• Effective coordination with carriers and focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
