Operation Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail‑oriented Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day activities across our UAE offices, workshops and project sites. The role ensures smooth administrative and operational workflows, helping deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across offices, workshops and job sites, facilitating communication between project teams, field staff and management.
• Monitor project status, prepare operational briefs, meeting minutes and action trackers, and provide regular updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Raise purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, manage delivery schedules and maintain supplier records.
• Control inventory of consumables and spare parts, perform stock checks and liaise with warehouse teams.
• Arrange transport, site access permits and logistics for materials, equipment and personnel; manage third‑party service providers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate operational records, purchase orders, delivery notes and service reports; prepare routine reports and dashboards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients on operational queries, site visits and technical handovers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, procurement or coordination roles.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, procurement processes and basic inventory control.
