Operations and Office Coordinator

About the role

The Operations and Office Coordinator supports the regional leadership team in delivering smooth, consistent operations for Ladurée across the UAE. Working closely with the Regional Operations Director and multiple functional heads, the role acts as the administrative and operational backbone, ensuring information flows efficiently between stores and departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and logistical support to the regional management team, including meeting scheduling and document preparation.
• Coordinate between savory and pastry departments to manage recipes, menu updates, and product launches.
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with documentation, reporting, and follow‑up on audit actions.
• Support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, product launches, and in‑store activations.
• Collaborate with the Regional Training Manager to organise training programmes and track completion.
• Serve as the central point of contact for regional teams and stores, ensuring clear communication and timely information flow.
• Oversee administrative tasks and cross‑departmental projects to guarantee proper documentation and timely completion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively across culinary, quality, marketing and training functions.
• Proactive attitude in supporting senior leadership and handling ad‑hoc requests.
