Operations Associate

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Associate to oversee day‑to‑day logistics execution for our new digital telco brand in the MENA region. The role focuses on ensuring seamless order fulfillment, managing SIM card delivery, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, including warehousing, procurement and last‑mile delivery providers.
• Define, monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet operational standards.
• Conduct daily operational reviews, weekly check‑ins and monthly performance analyses.
• Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements and drive implementation across the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate inventory management, shipment scheduling and returns handling for SIM cards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align logistics with product launches and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience managing 3PL relationships and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with fulfillment KPIs and SLA monitoring.
• Understanding of inventory control and order management processes.
