About the role

Join a growing financial services platform with broad operational exposure. Develop expertise across fund operations, reporting, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day‑to‑day operational activities while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Review and process operational requests, validating information against internal procedures and controls.
• Perform regular reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and assist with issue resolution and escalation.
• Maintain operational records, data repositories, documentation, and tracking logs across relevant systems.
• Prepare operational reports, management information, and stakeholder updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage requests and support service delivery.
• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives, system testing, audit reviews, and operational improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in banking or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Arabic language proficiency.
