Operations & Client Services Officer – UAE

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Client Services Officer to support company formation, corporate services, and trade processing activities in the UAE. The role combines client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and back‑office operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process applications for company formation, Golden Visas, and corporate services, ensuring documentation complies with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and third‑party partners.
• Maintain client records, trackers, and reports using Excel and internal systems.
• Monitor application timelines, follow up with clients, and support onboarding including KYC and due‑diligence checks.
• Handle trade confirmation, verification, and finalisation; prepare manual custody reports and update ledgers.
• Reconcile trade blotters, client portfolios, and custodian statements.
• Create portfolios, process transfer instructions, and update income trackers.
• Prepare and send invoices for various fees, track payments, and support auditors.
• Identify compliance risks and flag documentation issues to senior team members.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance‑driven processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and coordination with authorities.
• Experience in corporate services, trade operations, or financial administration.
