Operations Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

LITS SERVICES, an ISO‑27001 certified Microsoft Tier‑1 Solutions Partner, is looking for an Operations Coordinator based in Dubai. The role will support the smooth execution of cross‑departmental activities, ensuring timely follow‑ups, documentation and coordination across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Track ongoing activities, tasks, renewals, approvals and operational requirements across all departments.
• Perform regular follow‑ups to ensure tasks, action items, renewals and approvals are completed on time, providing reminders and updates to management.
• Maintain records, trackers, meeting notes and documentation for important business activities.
• Coordinate with respective departments to ensure proactive and timely execution of tasks.
• Assist Sales and Operations Coordinators in monitoring tasks, following up pending actions and coordinating internal and external requirements.
• Work with Finance, Administration and PRO on invoice follow‑ups, document renewals, approvals and other administrative needs.
• Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including business correspondence, quotations, proposals and agreements as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business writing, documentation and email drafting abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proactive multitasker with strong coordination and follow‑up capabilities.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Based in Dubai.
