Operations Coordinator / Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator / Supervisor to manage end‑to‑end order processing and ensure seamless fulfillment across all sales channels in Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with warehouse, picking, packing and delivery teams to meet service‑level targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing from placement to last‑mile delivery.
• Monitor real‑time order flow and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with warehouse, picking, packing and delivery teams to meet SLAs.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and vendors.
• Resolve order issues, including cancellations, refunds and delivery escalations.
• Maintain product listings, pricing and availability on e‑commerce platforms.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfillment time, cancellation rate and CSAT.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports for leadership.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in e‑commerce operations, logistics or supply chain (UAE/GCC preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Salla, Zid, Magento or similar).
• Familiarity with UAE last‑mile delivery partners (Aramex, Fetchr, Naqel, etc.).
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with OMS, WMS or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
