About the role

Paramount Zone is looking for a motivated Operations Executive to support business setup and corporate services in Dubai. The role combines operational management, client relationship handling and sales activities to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities related to business setup and corporate services.
• Handle client communication and provide professional support throughout service processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Support business growth through client follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Business Setup field.
• Mandatory sales experience.
• Strong communication and client‑handling skills.
• Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Immediate availability.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
