Operations Executive – Cleaning & Maintenance Services

About the role

On Track Cleaning Services & General Maintenance LLC is seeking an Operations Executive to lead daily cleaning and maintenance activities across its Abu Dhabi portfolio. The role combines on‑site supervision with flexible work‑from‑home days, ensuring that service delivery meets the company’s high standards for quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and allocate resources.
• Coordinate schedules and manage team assignments.
• Supervise cleaning crews, coordinators and supervisors.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyse operational data.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management on planning, reporting and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or operations management, preferably in facilities, cleaning or maintenance services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to review data, identify trends and suggest improvements.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and digital scheduling/reporting tools.
