Operations Executive – Freight Forwarding

About the role

Bin Qutab Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Executive to join its freight forwarding team in Dubai. The role focuses on managing daily import and export operations, coordinating air and ocean shipments, and handling all related documentation and customs procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle import and export freight forwarding operations across ocean and air modes.
• Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, and customs declarations.
• Oversee cargo handling for Incoterms DDU, DDP, DAP and free‑hand shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents to ensure timely delivery.
• Track shipment movements, maintain operational logs, and provide status updates to clients.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on freight forwarding experience in the UAE market.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
