Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will oversee daily service activities, ensuring that technicians, drivers and support teams deliver high‑quality HVAC and cleaning services on schedule. This role requires close coordination with clients, internal departments and field staff to maintain operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations and service activities.
• Prepare and monitor job schedules for technicians and drivers.
• Confirm appointments, site access and service requirements with clients.
• Assign staff based on workload and availability, monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Coordinate transportation to ensure timely arrival at client locations.
• Follow up with technicians, resolve operational issues, and monitor completion of AC duct cleaning, coil cleaning and related tasks.
• Communicate job status, delays and complaints to clients and handle resolutions.
• Prepare daily operation and job completion reports.
• Maintain records of service schedules, manpower, vehicles and equipment.
• Identify operational problems and propose practical solutions.
• Support recruitment by communicating staffing needs to HR.
• Ensure proper handover of pending jobs and conduct regular follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, Management or related field.
• 2–4 years UAE experience in operations, facilities management, technical services or HVAC/MEP.
• Experience managing field/service teams is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Dubai/UAE locations and road routes.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
• Excellent English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred and flexibility with working hours.
