Operations Executive – Logistics

About the role

The company is seeking an Operations Executive to manage end‑to‑end freight and logistics activities in Dubai. The role ensures smooth coordination of air and sea shipments, warehousing, and customs clearance while maintaining accurate documentation and timely delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily air and sea freight shipments across multiple transportation networks.
• Communicate with airlines, ocean carriers, hauliers, and internal teams to keep operational schedules on track.
• Prepare and update shipping documentation and logistics tracking systems.
• Support customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain operational logs, evaluate performance metrics, and suggest workflow optimisations.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on logistics operations experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with logistics management platforms and digital tracking systems.
• Knowledge of customs clearance protocols and air/sea freight documentation.
