About the role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead a newly formed Amazon Now team in the UAE. You will build and scale a fast‑delivery service from the ground up, ensuring operational excellence and a great customer experience across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites.
Supervise store operations and meet customer‑facing metrics while controlling costs.
Drive performance management and develop training plans for associates.
Improve processes and sustain performance improvements.
Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits.
Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when needed.

Required profile

High school diploma (minimum).
Experience in a logistics or operations environment is preferred.
