About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage Amazon Now operations in the UAE. You will help build and scale a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region, ensuring operational excellence from day one.

Key responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites, supervising store activities.
Achieve customer‑facing metrics while meeting cost targets and maintaining safety and team morale.
Drive performance management, develop and deliver training plans for associates.
Continuously improve operational processes and sustain performance gains.
Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits in stores.
Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when required.

Required profile

High school diploma (or equivalent).
Experience in a logistics or operations environment is preferred.
