About the role
Join a dynamic transportation team as an Operations Executive, overseeing daily fleet activities and ensuring seamless staff mobility across the UAE. You will act as the central hub between drivers, dispatch teams, and clients to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily transportation and fleet operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch teams, and clients to ensure timely staff transportation.
- Monitor vehicle utilization, scheduling, and route efficiency.
- Resolve operational issues while maintaining service quality.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in staff transportation or fleet operations.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Preferred Indian nationality.
Required skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems.
