Operations Intern – Bybit Card

About the role

The Operations Intern will support the Bybit Card User Operations team, ensuring smooth daily operations of the Bybit Card across global markets. This role offers exposure to the intersection of traditional payments and cryptocurrency, and involves both customer‑facing and back‑office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the card payment expert for Customer Service, handling escalated tickets and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Investigate and resolve card‑related issues, collaborating with developers, product teams and external vendors.
• Support market launches by planning internal testing, beta releases and identifying potential operational risks.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing data trends, refining processes and suggesting product enhancements.
• Manage settlement reconciliation, rewards operations, dispute handling and physical card stock.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 3‑5 years of relevant experience who have strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to learn on the job and take ownership of diverse operational tasks.

Required skills

• Knowledge of card management systems and card network rules.
• Understanding of card issuing operations and fintech processes.
