Operations & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a highly organized Operations & Inventory Coordinator to oversee daily van movements, domestic logistics, and inventory flows across the UAE. The role requires close collaboration with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily movement of company vans between warehouses, sites and operational areas, adjusting routes and assignments as priorities shift.
• Track vehicle locations, driver assignments and status in real‑time trackers, handling urgent or last‑minute changes.
• Manage day‑to‑day domestic logistics, arranging pickups, deliveries and transfers of goods throughout the UAE.
• Coordinate with transport companies, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve delays and maintain accurate PODs and delivery documentation.
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory movements, ensuring accurate records and timely stock availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, fleet coordination or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of UAE transportation and customs clearance processes.
• Excellent follow‑up, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to adopt AI‑driven tools for efficiency.
