Operations & Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale school screening programmes across the UAE. The role sits at the intersection of health technology, AI and VR, ensuring seamless coordination between schools, healthcare providers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee nationwide screening programmes in schools and partner locations.
• Manage logistics for device deployment, transportation, setup, maintenance and retrieval across multiple sites.
• Align schedules, resources and operational requirements with schools, healthcare stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable SOPs and operational processes.
• Ensure on‑site readiness and lead field support teams during execution.
• Monitor equipment inventory, maintenance schedules and operational readiness.
• Track programme KPIs such as completion rates, throughput, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports, post‑project evaluations and identify bottlenecks.
• Support procurement and vendor management for logistics needs.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Technology teams to drive programme expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations, logistics or programme management.
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, healthtech or edtech preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site operations and complex logistical deployments.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with the UAE market, especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai education or healthcare ecosystems.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and solution‑driven.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
