Operations Manager – Café & F&B (4 Branches)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of four café branches in Dubai. The role combines leadership of multi‑site teams with responsibility for service quality, cost control and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of all four café branches
• Managing and developing branch teams and supervisors
• Ensuring consistent service, coffee, food, and customer experience standards
• Monitoring sales and branch KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Controlling labour costs, stock, wastage and operational expenses
• Managing inventory, receiving, transfers and stock‑count procedures
• Conducting regular branch inspections and operational audits
• Ensuring hygiene, food safety, cleanliness and SOP compliance
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring effective resolution
• Monitoring staff attendance, performance, grooming and discipline
• Coordinating maintenance and ensuring equipment is operational
• Preparing regular operational reports and action plans

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality or F&B operations
• 2–3+ years in an Operations Manager, Area Manager, Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Multi‑branch management experience (highly preferred)
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Solid understanding of café/F&B operations and cost control
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• UAE F&B experience preferred
• Specialty coffee experience considered an advantage

• Experience with POS systems, inventory control and operational reporting
• Good Excel and reporting skills
