Operations Manager – Gulf Multi Sport

About the role

Wolfiz is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operational performance of its Gulf Multi Sport business. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving process improvements, and maintaining high service standards across all activities while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity and operational excellence.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes, procedures and workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas and ensure activities align with company standards.
• Lead, support and develop operational team members, manage staffing, scheduling and workload.
• Coordinate logistics, resource allocation and project delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Track, analyse and report on operational KPIs, preparing recommendations for leadership.
• Support budgeting and cost‑control initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong organisational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
