Operations Manager – Hospital Administration

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily administrative functions of Cosmesurge Hospital Umm Suqeim, ensuring smooth patient registration, admissions, medical records, billing, scheduling, discharge, and call‑center operations. This role supports high‑quality patient care while maintaining compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient registration, admissions, discharge processes, and call‑center activities.
• Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, insurance approvals, claim submissions, and collections for both outpatient and inpatient services.
• Supervise the Medical Records Department to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory reporting (DHA Statistical Reports, DARS).
• Coordinate hospital scheduling, operation theatre utilization, and resource optimization.
• Monitor financial KPIs, budget adherence, cost control, and identify revenue‑enhancement opportunities.
• Drive digital transformation, automation initiatives, and operational excellence across the hospital.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations (DHA, DOH, MOHAP).
• Proven experience in overseeing hospital administrative and operational functions.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data to improve efficiency and revenue.
