Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of Nameless Ventures, a recruitment partner for venture‑backed tech startups. You will support recruitment, finance, admin and marketing functions while helping improve internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment and operational workflows.
• Assist with finance and admin tasks, including raising invoices and chasing payments.
• Coordinate internal and external events, socials and activities.
• Support marketing and brand initiatives.
• Improve internal business processes and maintain data cleanliness.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, real estate, sales support or fast‑paced commercial environments.
• Background in general business administration or operations.
• Experience with invoicing, finance administration (including payroll) and client support.
• Interest or experience in leading marketing/content strategy execution.
• Proficiency in CRM management and operational coordination.
• Proactive, trustworthy, organized and eager to grow with the business.

• Salary of 10,000–15,000 AED per month.
• Quarterly performance‑based bonus scheme.
