Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day business activities, drive operational excellence and ensure successful project delivery across our Abu Dhabi office. The role requires a strong track record in managing large‑scale operations, coordinating cross‑functional teams and delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operational activities to maintain smooth business flow.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including technical, project, service and support functions.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project and business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, profitability and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance and project teams for seamless execution.
• Establish and improve operational processes, procedures and workflow systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Support budgeting, cost control and operational planning activities.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in operations management, preferably within the UAE market.
• Proven experience managing technical operations, large‑scale projects and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of project execution, resource planning and cost control.
