Operations Manager – KSA & UAE

About the role

Stryker is seeking an Operations Manager to lead operational activities across Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Based in Riyadh or Dubai, you will join the Operations Leadership team and drive the execution of our customer service, kit logistics, warehousing, and asset management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operations strategy for KSA and UAE markets, covering customer service, kit booking, logistics, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and asset management.
• Source, develop, manage and engage top talent to ensure high‑performance operational teams.
• Identify and sustain process improvements, applying breakthrough solutions over time.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Commercial, RAQA, Finance, EMEA Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing) to leverage regional opportunities.
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects, including integration of operations following mergers or acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, FCPA, and other relevant policies and regulations.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators and financial metrics for customer and logistics services.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management combined with customer‑facing responsibilities.
• At least 3 years of people‑management experience.
• Experience working in a multinational organization with a complex structure.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
