Operations Manager – Multi-Unit Restaurants

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of five sports‑bar and casual‑dining restaurants across the UAE. You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, driving sales growth and ensuring profitability while leading a large team of managers and hourly staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day execution of brand standards covering food safety, kitchen efficiency, bar operations and service quality.
• Prepare for and lead franchisor audits, closing operational gaps before they affect guests or compliance.
• Drive local sales through marketing initiatives, promotions and enhancements to the guest experience.
• Own and improve NPS/OSAT scores, handling guest recovery and complaint resolution.
• Leverage delivery platforms and online ordering to generate incremental revenue.
• Hold full P&L accountability for all five units, managing COGS, labour costs and overall profitability.
• Identify margin leaks, implement corrective actions and advise on capex trade‑offs.
• Hire, train, coach and retain General Managers and shift leaders, building clear development plans.
• Oversee a combined team of 100+ hourly employees through the GM and shift‑leader structure.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in casual‑dining or sports‑bar operations.
• 3+ years as an Area Manager or Senior Area Manager, overseeing 3–5 restaurants simultaneously.
• Direct responsibility for restaurant‑level P&L, including COGS, labour cost and food‑safety management.
• Proven track record of growing sales and improving guest satisfaction (NPS/OSAT) across multiple units.
• Experience managing 100+ hourly staff through a GM and shift‑leader hierarchy.
• Strong knowledge of brand standards and franchisor audit processes.
