Operations Manager – Piling

About the role

Azizi is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Piling to lead and manage piling and foundation projects across Dubai. Reporting to the Project Director and General Manager, the role ensures safe, efficient, and on‑time delivery of all piling works while adhering to budgets, specifications, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day operations of piling and foundation projects.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, materials and site resources to optimise project execution.
• Monitor progress, productivity, schedules, costs and resource utilisation.
• Supervise all piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, CFA piles and shoring.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards and project procedures.
• Manage utilisation of piling rigs, cranes and other construction equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and resource issues promptly.
• Track budgets, operational costs and overall profitability.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing piling and foundation projects in a construction environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
