Operations Manager – Technology Distribution

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology hardware distributor based in Dubai, serving B2B resellers, NGOs and government clients across the region. The Operations Manager will translate the CEO’s strategy into day‑to‑day execution, ensuring all departments work toward clear, aligned goals.

Key responsibilities

• Convert company strategy into actionable plans and monitor follow‑through.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including Customer Service, Technical, Marketing, Logistics and Accounting.
• Implement goal‑setting, KPIs and regular performance reviews in a coaching manner.
• Identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows and enhance CRM/ERP, communication and reporting systems.
• Drive business‑wide projects such as website upgrades, vendor onboarding and process automation.
• Support HR activities: performance reviews, hiring, training and culture building.
• Act as the feedback loop between the CEO’s vision and daily operational reality.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, at least 5 years in operations or general management.
• Background in technology distribution, telecommunications or a related sector is preferred.
• Proven experience leading multiple teams in a small‑to‑mid‑size business.
• Strong execution mindset with a track record of delivering results on time.
• Structured, organised and people‑oriented, with empathy for team members.
• Based in the UAE and authorised to work locally.
