Operations Manager – Yacht & Marine Industry

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day business activities for a luxury yacht and marine services portfolio based in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure seamless service delivery, coordinate after‑sales support and drive commercial performance across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of yacht and marine services, ensuring efficient daily management.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams to meet performance targets.
• Manage customer relations and after‑sales processes for high‑value yacht owners.
• Coordinate service scheduling, logistics and operational planning across Europe and the GCC.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, making decisive decisions to maintain service quality.
• Drive commercial initiatives to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
• Maintain strong market awareness of the UAE/GCC marine sector.
• Travel extensively as required to support clients and oversee operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in yacht or marine operations and business management.
• Demonstrated team leadership and performance management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and after‑sales experience with luxury yacht clientele.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and the GCC.
