About the role
This full‑time on‑site position leads an Abaya garment factory of 60 staff in Sharjah, UAE. The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing daily production, coordinating planning, and maintaining quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations and monitor manufacturing processes.
- Manage and coordinate production planning to meet targets.
- Ensure quality control and product standards throughout the workflow.
- Test, select and train tailors and other factory staff.
- Supervise staff performance and drive reasonable production output.
Required profile
- At least 15 years of experience in the garment industry.
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong leadership, team management and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer
- Salary starting at 6,000 AED per month.
- After a 6‑month probation, salary increases to 7,000 AED with additional incentives.
