About the role
The Operations Processor will provide credit administration and operational support across multiple business segments, including Corporate, Private, and Business Banking. Working with core banking systems, the role ensures accurate updating of credit limits, loan disbursements, and related parameters while meeting defined turnaround times and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Update credit limits, interest rates, and other facility parameters in Finacle, E‑limits, and Calypso based on approved authorisations.
- Process loan disbursements in accordance with disbursement controls and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in transaction processing, adhering to CRAD Framework, PFDs, and SOPs.
- Ensure audit issues are addressed promptly and support the achievement of satisfactory audit ratings.
- Provide responsive customer service to business units, meeting agreed TAT and SLA targets.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work within defined turnaround times and service level agreements.
- Good understanding of banking operations, credit administration, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude and willingness to support project initiatives.
