About the role
Beyond Miles Shipping Line L.L.C. is expanding its Dubai team and seeks motivated professionals for its shipping and logistics operations. The Operations Support / Customer Service Representative will assist both internal processes and external customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily shipping and logistics operations.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and support administrative activities.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Positive, growth‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced shipping and logistics environment.
