Operations Support Engineer – TareeGE Program

About the role

One-year TareeGE Operations Program focused on heavy‑duty gas turbine services. The Operations Support Engineer will support data insights and operational processes for monthly reviews and forecasting, with exposure to AI‑driven decision support and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, maintain repositories and generate day‑to‑day reports.
• Track outages, update daily trackers and monitor key timelines for global activities.
• Run reports such as On‑Time Delivery and Critical Tasks using Python scripts.
• Maintain financial records at outage level and prepare regional communications.
• Support critical processes including escalations, MOR, and SI&OP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate demand signals and ensure KPI follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Maximum two years of experience in data reporting or analysis.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Preference for UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
• Demonstrated accountability, teamwork and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI and basic VBA/Tableau knowledge.
• Python scripting for reporting.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Basic Windows and Office application skills.
