Operations Team Lead

About the role

The Operations Team Lead will oversee day‑to‑day operational activities, manage the client relationship team, and ensure compliant execution of company formation, licensing and government processes across the UAE, KSA and other jurisdictions. The role is pivotal for timely service delivery, regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the execution of company incorporations, amendments, licensing, visa and banking processes, ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance.
• Lead and coach Client Relationship Executives, PROs and administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Maintain KYC, AML and regulatory compliance for all client records and oversee document verification.
• Act as escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to align client delivery and support proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Compliance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate services or operations within the UAE/KSA.
• Proven experience in company formation, licensing and government liaison.
• Prior team‑handling or senior operations experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
