Operations & Technology Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Operations & Technology Specialist to join Sulava MEA’s Deploy team. This hybrid role bridges resource operations and internal IT, ensuring the right talent is matched to customer projects while maintaining the technology platform that supports demos, trainings, and daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Handle resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads, clarifying skill, language, location and date requirements.
• Match requests to available consultants using capacity, bench, allocation plans and skill catalogues, proposing realistic delivery windows.
• Verify consultant availability before committing to customers and flag conflicts early.
• Maintain accurate resourcing data in the ERP and Operating App, ensuring alignment between systems.
• Support weekly Deploy Operations rhythms, including resourcing reviews and data‑quality checks.
• Forecast demand, identify skills gaps and recommend hiring or up‑skilling initiatives.
• Escalate and resolve resourcing conflicts in partnership with Operations and Deploy leadership.
• Utilise AI‑tools to automate and enhance both resource and IT processes.
• Provide internal IT support for the team’s Microsoft 365 environment, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and related automation workflows.

Required profile

• Native familiarity with AI‑driven tools and a continuous learning mindset.
• Creative problem‑solver with a consulting‑oriented understanding of business operations.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between resource‑focused and technical IT tasks.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Sales, Deploy leadership and internal IT teams.
