About the role
The Operations Trainee – Banquet Services will join Doner House’s banquet team in Dubai, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service to guests. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment while developing professional service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverage to guests in assigned banquet areas.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and efficient service attitude at all times.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet venues.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to service requests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to coordinate smooth operations.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum contract period of one year.
- Fluent English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
