Operator – Solid Bottle Filling (Tablet/Capsule)

About the role

The Operator – Solid Bottle Filling will join a greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Dubai. You will be responsible for operating the tablet/capsule filling line, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards while maintaining product quality throughout the packing process.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the tablet/capsule filling line according to SOPs and batch manufacturing records.
• Perform batch filling, labeling, and in‑process quality checks.
• Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and pressure to meet formulation specifications.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and engineering to resolve production issues.
• Execute cleaning, sanitization, and sterilization of the line and equipment.
• Report deviations, defects, or equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Participate in regulatory audits and inspections.
• Identify opportunities to optimise the packing process and reduce waste.

Required profile

• High school diploma, ITI or diploma in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packing operations within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with filling line equipment (filling machines and checkweighers).
• Solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs and regulatory compliance for OSD formulations.
• Basic troubleshooting of packing equipment.
