Operator Trainer - Construction Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operator Trainer to deliver hands‑on training for construction equipment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient use of machinery and to minimise breakdowns caused by misuse.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and on‑site training sessions covering operation, basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance of excavators, loaders, rollers and related equipment.
• Visit customer sites to assess operator practices, provide tailored instruction and perform practical hand‑overs.
• Prepare training materials, user guides and evaluation reports.
• Support service and sales teams by relaying technical feedback from the field.
• Identify and report operator misuse, abuse or poor maintenance during service cases.
• Ensure all training complies with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Automotive or Heavy Equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery.
• UAE driving licence.
• Ability to communicate in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
