Operator Trainer - Construction Equipment

About the role

The Operator Trainer will deliver hands‑on training for construction equipment to both customer operators and internal teams. The role focuses on safe, efficient use of machinery, reducing misuse‑related breakdowns and supporting the overall reliability of the equipment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on operation, basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance of excavators, loaders, rollers and related machinery.
• Visit customer sites to assess operator practices and provide tailored instruction.
• Prepare training materials, user guides and evaluation reports.
• Perform practical demonstrations for new machine handovers and customer trials.
• Support service and sales teams by delivering technical feedback from the field.
• Identify operator misuse, abuse or poor maintenance during service cases.
• Ensure all training aligns with safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Automotive or Heavy Equipment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and/or training on heavy construction machinery.
• UAE driving licence.
