About the role
We are seeking a qualified Optometrist to join our eye care team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality eye examinations, fit contact lenses, and support the overall optometry practice while adhering to professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens fittings.
- Supervise the optometry dispensary in collaboration with the Medical Director and Head of Department.
- Participate in quality‑assurance, provider, and staff meetings.
- Assist in developing medical policies, quality‑improvement procedures, and evaluating current practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of new equipment, techniques, and international guidelines (DHA, JCI).
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Optometry or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum two years of professional experience in optometry.
- Current licensure in country of origin and DHA license to practice in the UAE.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
