Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Project Manager to lead a comprehensive Oracle Cloud transformation program in Dubai. The role will oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, PPM and OIC solutions, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, from design through go‑live.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain governance structures, providing regular status reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking and delivery management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including architects, developers, integration specialists and business analysts.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, with at least 8 years leading Oracle Fusion Cloud projects in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
